BREATH MEDITATION

Breathwork is a westernized term for pranayama, an advanced human science and spiritual practice that dates back thousands of years. There are many present day techniques and ways of facilitating breathwork, and all of these practices originate from ancient techniques and methodologies. 

 

The technique I've been taught and facilitate has its lineage in these profound human sciences. It’s gentle yet deep and transformative and can be considered more of a respiratory meditation.

Music and sound is an equal partner in the way I facilitate. My sessions are an immersive sound and breath experience. Frequency, energy and vibration are the elements of my transformative breath practice.

I create a flow that allows for settling down, connecting to what's present, releasing, hearing inner wisdom, transforming and integrating. I often hear from clients how much they LOVE the music and sound because it helped them during the practice.

1:1 Sessions:

Recommended if you're feeling energetically stuck, emotional, or perhaps even apathetic and you'd like a more personalized container where we can dive into what's going on with you. Because of the intimate nature, I'm able to incorporate some of my somatic coaching, NLP, Reiki and other techniques as needed to serve your current circumstances. This is a deep, powerful and sacred container where you can be held in respect, grace and love.

Group Sessions

I love leading group sessions as well. These are equally as powerful as 1:1 but they have the added magic of community. It's magic how the right community comes together each time, providing an energetic vibe that really holds each person. Groups can also be a great way for first-timers, or to continue your ongoing practice of self-care.
